Within this program you will learn how to build on your strengths to develop vision and strategic leadership. Maybe you need to re-engage your team, sell change during an organisational transition or simply need to sustain or build a high performing team.

This program would be tailored with a focus to YOUR needs and could include: ways to build a high performing team, setting strategic vision and goals. It could also include, building relationships and engagement through motivation, inspiring, motivating, & influencing, change management, a coaching model for success and understanding your strengths to build a strength based team.

We have great success in  incorporating the Strengthscope tool as part of the program.  All participants complete the online profile and are debriefed 1:1 or as a group on the results of their top 7 signature strengths and feedback to apply these reulst.  This build a robust program focusing on individual and team leadership.

Who is this for?

This program is targeted at existing leaders who have leadership experience behind them and want to layer onto this further and build on this base.
