Being in a leadership position or being identified as a future leader doesn’t always mean you have the leadership skills to be an instantly successful leader.  Leadership can be learnt, enhanced and always improved as you move through your career. You need to be able to plan, influence and motivate your team ongoing while achieving your own set out objectives and that of your organization.

This workshop is targeted at new managers or managers needing a refresh on sharpening their leadership skills.  This program will teach you the fundamentals of leadership with skills practice and an action plan to apply to your new or future position.

Key themes could include: identifying the qualities of successful leadership, leadership styles, goal setting, prioritising and delegating, building trust and rapport, giving & receiving feedback and understanding motivation in the workplace.   We have great success in incorporating the Strengthscope tool as part of the program.  All participants complete the online profile and are debriefed 1:1 or as a group on the results of their top 7 signature strengths.  This build a robust program focusing on individual and team leadership.

With all our leadership programs we can run the days consecutively or three to four week apart so learnings can be applied on the job in between workshops.

Who is this for?

Anyone who is new to a management or leadership role or is being positioned for future leadership potential. This program is also advantageous for those who are re-entering a leadership position/new business or feel that need a refresher.
